Monday: Perfect PushUps (Week 1, Day 1)
Tuesday: Ran 30 minutes
Wednesday: Perfect PushUps (Week 1, Day 2)
Thursday: Ran 37 minutes
Coming up for the weekend:
Friday: Perfect PushUps (Week 1, Day 3)
Saturday: Run 3 miles
Sunday: Perfect PushUps (Week 1, Day 4
